4 Ducat Gold Coin 1915



Today I'll show you something shiny, 4 ducats gold coin from The Austrian Mint. This is a 0.986 14 grams gold coin. This coin was used as a trade coin until 1915, this year is also minted on these magnificent re-strike. On first side we have a profile of Emperor Franz Joseph who ruled the Austro-Hungarian Empire for 68 years. All Ducat Gold Coins have the original image from year 1872.
